How To Play Texas Hold'Em
Basic Texas Hold’Em Play:
A small disc called the Dealer Button is placed in front of the dealer. As each hand is completed, the Dealer Button is moved clockwise around the table.
Two players are required to put money in the pot before any cards are dealt. This called a Blind. The advantage to Online Texas Hold’Em over traditional Casinos is that you can find games where the blinds can be as low as a penny. In traditional Casino live Poker Rooms you would be lucky to find $1 or $2 blinds.

Before the game commences, two players left of the Dealer Button must place Blinds. The player immediately left of the Dealer Button lays out the Small Blind, which is a bet equal to half of the table’s lower stake limit.
The player left of the Small Blind, places the Big Blind, which is a wager equal to the full value of the table’s lower stake.
After the Small Blind and Big Blind have been placed, each player is dealt two cards face down. The player immediately left of the Big Blind starts the first round of betting. Each player then has option of calling, raising or folding as the play continues clockwise around the table.
After the first round of betting, three community cards are dealt. This is called the Flop.

Following the Flop, the first player seated to the left of the Button is the first to bet, check or fold. Play then continues clockwise around the table.
After the second round of betting, the fourth community card is dealt. This is called the Turn. This begins the third round of betting starting with the player left of the Button. Minimum bets must meet the level of the upper limit of the table stake. Play continues clockwise around the table. After betting is finished, the fifth community card is dealt. This is called the River.
Betting for the fourth and final round is initiated by the player left of the Button. After all bets are in, players show their hole cards and the best hand wins the pot.
